The Elvama South Africa Masterclass offers a detailed insight into winemaking in South Africa. You'll learn about the key grape varieties, different regions, and diverse winemaking techniques in the country. Did you know that South Africa has been producing wine since 1659? That the Dutch and French had a significant influence on winemaking there? That the most planted grape isn't a red grape but the white Chenin Blanc... and why this is the case? After this evening, the world of South African wine will hold no secrets for you!

Base Price: €50.00 (outside West Flanders, there's also a mileage fee of €0.42/km from Roeselare)

The price of the wines is calculated separately. We always curate a selection of tasting wines based on availability and tailored to your preferences. If desired, gin tastings can also be arranged.

We provide wine glasses and a comprehensive presentation. You provide water and possibly bread to neutralize the palate between tastings. Upon request, we can also arrange suitable snacks to accompany the wines.

All opened bottles are left behind so you can continue to enjoy the wines after the tasting. All wines tasted during the session can be ordered afterward with a nice discount.

For groups of up to 20 people, we can also host you in our tasting room in Roeselare (Beversesteenweg 622).
