What started as a hobby turned into a passion, concretised in a family company that specializes in South African products.

Onze cursussen bieden een unieke ervaring voor wijnliefhebbers van alle niveaus. Of u nu een beginner bent die op zoek is naar basisinformatie over wijn, of een gevorderde proever die zijn of haar kennis en vaardigheden wilt verfijnen, we hebben iets voor u.

Onze cursusaanbod varieert van introductiecursussen tot gevorderde masterclasses, waarbij u de gelegenheid krijgt om een scala aan wijnen te proeven en te leren over de verschillende druivenrassen, wijnregio's en productiemethoden.

De cursussen worden gegeven in een ontspannen en informele sfeer, en we garanderen dat u na afloop van elke cursus een betere en meer geïnformeerde wijnliefhebber zult zijn.

Sebastian obtained his Bachelor in Science - Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Stellenbosch and has recently completed his PhD in Oenology. He produces The General's Gin and a small amount of his own wine in Stellenbosch. He'll start with the DipWSET diploma in 2021.

Degustaties op maat
Margaux returned to Belgium in 2015 after a master's degree at the University of Stellenbosch to strengthen the family business and has since trained her as a Sommelier at EVW. Together with Sebastian, she will start the DipWSET diploma in 2021.
